The latest three ambitious, upscale residential towers in the emerging Downtown Markham community, Gallery Square will have its focal point built around a central public courtyard, with a grand three-storey staircase and seating along an outdoor promenade edged with two levels of active retail uses. The interiors will incorporate art in all aspects of the project from the sports court floor graphics that are visible from the suites above, to the furniture, to framing of the suite entries. This residential building is also targeting LEED Silver and features larger than usual two and three-bedroom suites.
