The bespoke office headquarters for software and network developer Metaswitch, a Microsoft company, spans five storeys of modern workspace and accommodates 500 staff with a rooftop conference centre, collaboration workspaces and quiet rooms, all arranged around a top-lit atrium with a feature staircase to enhance interaction between the floors. The BREEAM Excellent rated building was strategically designed with energy-saving measures that will help Metaswitch meet its environmental sustainability targets.
