Studio on Richmond is a luxury condominium featuring two elegant glass 31 and 41-storey towers on robust precast concrete clad podiums that echo the industrial heritage of Toronto’s Entertainment District. Built in two phases, the development totals approximately 760 units. A key component of the project is a gallery space on the ground floor for the Ontario College of Art & Design University.
